Executive Coaching

Even the most experienced leaders benefit from a trusted thinking partner

Leadership can make honest self-reflection difficult. Our experienced coaches create the space for that to happen. Through focused one-on-one conversations, we explore the strengths and derailers that shape a leader’s emotions and behaviour. The result is deeper self-awareness and more intentional leadership.

How it works (individualised to specific needs)

Insight

· Review of existing 360 feedback, psychometrics and performance feedback

· Observations at work to understand leadership style in various contexts

· Career interview exploring career patterns, underlying drivers and the conditions that enable success while identifying any derailers

· Stakeholder feedback with a range of colleagues to ensure real world perspectives balance individual assessment

Development focus

· Summarising issues into a clear set of development priorities, goals and outcomes

Line management alignment

· 3 or 4-way engagement (including the HR partner) to ensure key stakeholders support the development plan and its implementation

Coaching for change

· One-on one coaching sessions focused on key leadership shifts such as adjusting leadership style, strengthening influence and addressing deeper underlying personal characteristics

· Regular reflection on progress against developmental goals, ensuring insights translate into positive leadership changes

Why it matters

Coaching creates the space for leaders to deepen their self-awareness, strengthen their motivation to grow and lead with greater authenticity and resilience. They learn to adapt their leadership style to meet new challenges, strengthen their influence across the organisation and effectively lead teams with strategic focus. Most importantly, they create a life/work/health balance that will sustain them over time.
