Executive Team Development

Strong executive teams are shaped by the work they do together

Our highly experienced specialists work alongside executive teams for a minimum of 12 months, supporting them as they move through the real challenges of leadership – shaping strategy, resolving conflict and executing growth plans.

How it works (individualised to specific needs)

· Team members complete the Individual Executive Development Programme, building personal development plans aligned to team goals

· Facilitated offsite sessions every 3-4 months to strengthen trust, alignment and collaboration. The programme begins with a Team Development offsite 

· Targeted interventions between offsites to maintain momentum and address emerging challenges

· Individual leader and executive team observations

· Ongoing feedback, coaching and advisory input
