Our Executive Leadership Profiling Programme is experienced by clients as challenging, generating rich insight and acting as a catalyst to their personal and career development. Executive leadership profiling is especially useful at times of career challenge or transition, to support on-boarding into CE or executive roles or to accelerate the development of high potential individuals.

Stakeholder Feedback (360 Degree Reviews)

Many CEOs, executives and senior leaders have achieved success and yet are unclear whether what they do every day makes a positive difference. Stakeholder feedback ensures we get authentic and honest perspectives on the leader’s strengths and learning edge.

Development Planning / Line Manager Engagement / Review

The Development planning session is a two hour coaching session to build a bespoke development plan. Our Associates will coach you through setting professional goals and pathways to achieve success in the role.

Line Manager Engagement is held with the CEO, Board Chairperson and our Associates to gain buy-in and support for the development plan.

A review at six months and 12 months followed by a report back to the LME.

Executive Coaching

We deliver more than traditional one on one coaching. We go deeper into what the patterns and drivers are for the individual, to ensure conversations are transformative and based on enhanced self-awareness. All our coaches are experienced in coaching at the senior executive level with referees available on request. We build a bespoke package depending on your needs including elements of four key stages
